AK's and SK's

Looking to trade for one of these in the near future but know little about them. Hoping someone can give me a quick lowdown on the quality brands of these rifles, ie Romanian, Chinese, Hungarian etc..

Also wondering if there are ones i should stay away from?

I much prefer the SKS. It has proven to be a bit more accurate generally speaking. But they're both great rifles. If you end up with an SKS, - keep the firing pin clean and litely lubed....or replace it with Murray's firing pin with the included spring. I have a Norinko Chinese version adapted to the AK style magazine and it's a keeper. Very accurate and fun to shoot. Good luck.
