Besides the price. What's up with the mag well or should I say lack of one?

I've never seen the like. Unless there is one of those shorty magazines in there that slits flush with the receiver, I can't imagine how it could have come out of Century without a mag opening.

The 4th picture looks like there is the Mag cut-out, though pic one definitely looks like it's lacking. Also, two bayo lugs?

I messaged the seller and he said the gun accepted standard AK 74 magazines. Must be a weird angle in the first pic? I've met and purchased an AK 47 from him before. He is very knowledgeable and usually has pretty good prices.
