"Students must have attended a basic tactical shooting program from a recognized school. While this is an entry level class to the AK, it is not for beginners."

A buddy and I are taking the class. Its specifically for AK's, not just an AR course with the AK's tacked on. Numerous AK-specific techniques and shortcuts are taught.

Eagle Creek, Oregon is about 20 miles SE of Portland at the Douglas Ridge Rifle Club, which is a very nice facility.
