Depends on what parts you're looking for. If you mean stuff like receiver flats, I haven't seen any shops in WA carry them. If you mean stuff like magazines, and stocks, your average gun store has them.

You could always put up an ad here (or got to an AK specific forum) to hunt down what you need. Even Rainier Arms (I have free shipping through them), an AR15 company, happens to carry AK parts every once inawhile.
