Complete assembly with lens/bulb...this is an older model with standard lens, not the current "tri-bar" type. Lens is marked "made in USA, H4, NAL, Motorcycle".
It has a small spot about the size of a quarter that has some scratches, but they aren't terribly deep and may polish out.
