Addressing the current inability to obtain CCW in Whatcom County, Washington State

We have CPL in wa. I'm aware of what the law says. Not sure what more you're looking for here. Call an attorney and start your lawsuit! Put a mag on your belt and your empty open carry and make ready if you get in a bad situation.

Have it in the slide locked open too. That would instantly show LE it's not loaded and legal, but if you need to load up, pop in a mag and you don't even have to rack the slide, just release it.

Amendment to my post regarding the MPA in Texas: You can carry on body, concealed, in your vehicle, but if you step out of the vehicle (not in possession of an LTC) you're in violation.

Thus, it would be foolish to carry on body.
