It seems like something is missing if I don't have a custom holster in the works. Or maybe it's a new belt or ammo slide. Sometimes the wait lasts six months or more, sometimes only a few weeks, but there is usually something expensive pending, building anticipation with each new day.

The latest was a horsehide belt that arrived just after the first of the year. It is fantastic and I love it, but for some reason, it feels like I'm wasting time not having something being made, like I'm missing out. I start thinking about what I should get next, what do I need or, no, what I absolutely cannot live without. Yeah, that's it.

Then I open my drawer full of holsters. Dang, there are some nice ones in there! It smells so good too.

Maybe it is the anticipation that I'm addicted to? I need help.
