I did an Appleseed back in February at Douglas Ridge. Since then I've applied what I've learned to my pistol shooting (breathing, trigger control/reset and focusing on the front sight) and my shooting has greatly improved. Last week I shot a 1" x 2" group with a .38 LCR at 30' and dumped a whole G19 magazine rapid-fire into a 3" circle at the same distance.

My friend recently became a US citizen and I brought him to DRRC last weekend to learn about our origins. Now he's eager to buy his first rifle!
