This is outrageous. When will the rock violence end?! People don't kill people, rocks do.

What caliber was this rock? I bet it was a semi automatic, assault style rock, with the shoulder thing that goes up... terrifying. These should not be on the streets!

I propose a rock confiscation, we need to take assault rocks and any kinds of rocks out of the hands of citizens, for the safety of everyone.
