Buck BuckLite Mini prototype knife. I bought this from the Buck factory rep some time ago, he said it was a prototype to the upcoming BuckLite series. Buck was going to offer a Mini and Max, but only went with the Max knife. Composite handle, complete with sheath, MossyOak Breakup camo. This knife has been used but in great shape. Paid $69, yours for $40.
