Just got the crab steamed and on ice. Cooold bottle of Pinot Gris (I can take a gay joke, FYI) and the crab is omgamazing.

End of our summer crab season in Puget Sound as of yesterday. Went out with a bang though. Crab dishes damn near every meal since last Fri. Crab salads, crab and scallions sautéed in butter over wagyu ribeye, crab louies, crab quesadillas and my favorite for breakfast yesterday, crab omelette.
