of being a chicken in a blanket for not showing pics of my Walther CP88 with all the doodads on it.

I was just upstairs taking some pics of my old Walther rifle for another thread, and had to move the old Walther case to get to it. Once there were two Walther GSP pistols in that case - a .22 GSP and the .32 GSP-C, now, not so much.

Here is what's in there now - my old [late-70s] LP3, bought from Kalle [Karl-Heinz Riemann] in my old Berlin gun club back in 1983, and the much-newer fake CP88 with long barrel and Walther red dot sight.

The dark-toned barrel weight on the LP3 is a piece of Tungsten Carbide, EMD'd out to fit the barrel and weighing at around eight ounces....the other bit is plain ol' sand-blasted stainless steel, also EMD'd.
