Don't worry states like oregon are refusing to prosecute criminals or dropping charges, dismantling measure 11 and making it retro active, releasing prisoners, welcoming illegals, allowing rampant homelessness and mental illness, and celebrating rioting, theft, and trying to harm/kill police officers, defunding the police, decriminalizing drugs, while deliberately tanking the economy.

I mean in this liberal (socialist) utopia we shouldn't need guns

im gonna do what i wanna do. idgaf especially if someone tells me i have no right to defend myself or my family with the best means possible.

.gov can kick rocks.
The government can Kick rocks and pound sand. I'm with you! They need us. We don't need them. Eventually they will be reminded of that. You can only push so far. Action has reaction.

if you read the descents and the reasons it would not be that hard of a fight, it was mostly a procedural issue that was the argument
yeah, that's how they do it.
30 dollar tabs voted how many times?
rossi not gov how many times?
state tax on income against the wa constitution how many times?
hell, that snake even taxes me on food for my dog.
procedures only protect the procedure writers and you are not welcome to have input on their content.

just think if it was a bunch of gun owners protesting in portland in the manner that these lunatics have been protesting...i mean RIOTING, destroying the city....we'd get carpet bombed.

My elected officials just ignore me and do as they please...

Geez, you'd think I'm married to them or something...

Oh my goodness! Good one!

I NEED this post framed and hung up on the wall!

I get answers from most of them but they don't give a rat's butt or FIX a boat load of issues/problems.

The ONLY thing that they fix is make my TAXES GO UP and spend money like a bunch of IDIOTS.

FISCAL conservative with a Libertarian slant means ZERO to ALL of them!

States may restrict people from openly carrying guns in public, U.S. appeals court rules | KTLA

Hello,

My husband told me about this news story when he got home from our range on Wednesday afternoon.

At first, he could not find TONS of information on it and when I finally DECIDED to read the GARBAGE - I did an internet search and MORE and more LINKS with news including one on a military websites told MORE about this story. Most likely this will be on more news websites including on MORE military websites.

I am too sore to type more now.

I hope that the news SPREADS ALL OVER too.

There will be a gun show in Kalispell, MT this weekend. I am dying to HEAR what people say from a few people that I know who will be there.

9th circuit court right to carry - Google Search

US Appeals court rules Americans don't have right to open carry guns in public | American Military News

This ruling impacts RTC laws in AK, HI, CA, AZ, OR, WA, & MT. = QUOTE. Wrong news with NOT all of the states on here?!

Isn't IDAHO in the 9th? I thought that it was. NV?

HOW accurate is this list now?!

Bearing Arms – Saving Liberty and Lives

ALL of them in power want to get RID of open and conceal carry NO matter what they TELL you while they continue to stab you in the back when it comes to the RKBA issue.

THEY have their special taxpayer PAID protection and from private security people in some cases too. PLUS throw in all of their extra guards, including the NG in some places - D.C. and FENCES all over the country just to protect them too.

You see folks, when the founders wrote, "..., the right to keep and BEAR arms shall not be infringed," they were codifying the right to carry a gun from your bedroom to the kitchen.

Do you really think they would have meant for people...like the militia...to carry guns outside the home? PuhLease! That's absurd! Because guns are dangerous Yo!

*sarcasm*

This is far from over. They can either request a full court en banc...which seems unlikely to me given that it's the 9th and they'll just uphold this decision...as ridiculous as it is...or appeal to SCOTUS. And who the hell really knows what SCOTUS will do it.

And on the same day of the court ruling, it was announced that the AG of Hawaii who obtained the 9th court ruling denied all applications for carry by private citizens:

The ruling comes on the same day the Hawaii attorney general's office issued a report showing that all private citizens who applied for licenses to carry a gun in public in 2020 were denied.

The article I read said it WAS an en banc decision, 11-4.
