Do you know what brand the upper is? I assume the ramped bolt is CMMG? Have you used this at all?

I don't know what brand the upper is, I believe the bolt is CMMG. Yes, it has been used and works quite well. As you know with the bolt being ramped there is no need to change to a 9mm hammer. Aftermarket mags are available from C products or Promag. The mag well adapters can be found at M&A or Model 1.
