Like the title states, this is a complete unfired 9mm 4.75" upper complete with a ramped bolt, MAS Defense barrel, compensator and receiver, charging handle and a 4" m-lok free floating handguard. You will need a dedicated pistol lower receiver and you'll be good to go. Asking $475.00 face to face in Aloha.
