9mm 1911 Recommendations?

I would love to get a 1911 chambered in 9mm as well. I didn't realize they were as finicky as they are. I will have to do some research before I buy.

I was recently looking at a Citadel in 9mm at Sportsman's Warehouse - and came close to walking out with it. Mediocre finish but tight and smooth with a great trigger and it already had all the desired acessories. $519.00

I know the full size have been having feed issues. I haven't seen/heard of the Recon having them and, who knows, maybe the 9mm will feed just fine.

I love the smell of paint fumes in the morning!!

btw, how's yours? Has it been having feed issues as well?
