Is this the turkish stuff? What condition is it in?

Not sure if Turk or Yugo. Most of it is dated 1941. In great condition. I got it at least 15 years ago and had it sealed up since then. Shot a lot of it through my Mausers with no issues.

The markings at the base should be pretty identifiable for either if you have pics?
