870 youth model issue

I bought a 870 20 gauge youth model for my lady to have around the house,we took it out and shot a couple boxes thru it, it ran good and she really liked shooting it.so it goes in the safe for awhile I decide to take it out to shoot some clays one day. Well about 90% of the time when going for two clays when I go rack the second shot the shell falls out of the bottom it's almost like the ramps not coming down far enough to catch the round completely so it drops when it goes up.anyone else have a problem like this?

Push out the 2 retaining pins and inspect the trigger assemble, Clean and oil it. Also inspect the ramp for dragging on one side or the other of the receiver.
