you dont "need" a mini mill..
But it does make it a whole lot nicer!

They really are not worth the time or effort. Other then to say, yep I did it!

I just milled mine yesterday. I just used blueprints, no jig. The FCG pocket came out great but the hole placement isn't perfect, but should work fine none the less. If you don't have access to a mill or experience with a mill I would shy away from it.

Check out ares armor they have a jig that allows you to finnish there 80 with just a drill press
