Hopefully Arizona and other states will join on in. Too many communists from California coming over and attempting to ruin another state. Like they ruined the entire west coast for the most part. I always felt deep down I'd be moving out east somewhere, and now I have a gosh darn good reason to >:0

That was in 2008; this is 2020. Doesn't matter if it's "federally approved" or not. ANY "law" that goes against the supreme law if the land which the The Constitution is null and void.

The Montana decision is a precedent with which District courts can nullify new State laws

in fact it has already happened against Kansas when one guy bought a suppresor illegally
