European surplus, brass case or not, is almost always berdan primed, and so it's not reloadable.

Yugo surplus,though not reloadable,is usually very good ammo.Accurate,clean.Some is corrosive,I bought some yugo x54r that claimed to be noncorrosive,but I wouldn't trust that claim.

Berdan is reloadable with special equipment, most people don't have it though (seen some deprimers for 7.62x54R on Ebay), but yeah, that yugo surplus is brass cased, fun ammo, but it's corrosive like 99% of all surplus and berdan primed. If I had an extra 250 i'd buy a case
