Agreed time and place was today at 9am at Safeway in Washougal. No call, text, or message from seller saying he was late or not coming. Drove all the way from Gresham to meet this guy. What a waste of my time. Gave the guy the benefit of the doubt but waited 30 minutes so I'm leaving.
