With C-Post closed down in Snohomish County, is there any area with at least a long distance target area within 30 miles of Marysville?

Somewhat secluded and be able to move and shoot targets for ar-15.

If you're up for a long drive, I've heard some rumblings of a long distance range just outside of Vale, OR. The range is 1,500+ yards. Where is it located outside of Vale? I am not totally sure.
