I'm in Astoria. Portland/Vancouver would be a little far to make a free delivery of a $20 item. It also would make to no sense IMHO for you to drive to Astoria for a $20 item. The item boxed weighs four pounds, check the UPS web site with your zip code and see what you'd have to pay for shipping from my zip of 97103. I don't provide free shipping, few do unless they inflate the price.
