The likelihood of you finding a gun shop that carries 5 rd AR mags is pretty slim because 99.9% of shooters want higher capacity... however, any of them can order you one. There are several makers and several distributors that will have them... you can also order them online for about $20 or less. Avoid the plastic ones if you can help it... they tend to have issues with tight fit and not locking back when empty.

I bought two at Fishermans Marine and Outdoor in NE Portland near the Expo, Wholesale Sports may or may not have them but they're a pretty pricey place to shop, I'll sell ya one for $20 if you want to meet me somewhere in Portland! it's steel and has a blaze orange follower

Can you not load just 5 rounds in a higher capacity magazine and stay legal? Excuse the dumb question, I don't hunt with my AR's.
