You should still be able to leave feedback. Hold your cursor over his screen name or avatar, at the bottom of the popup is the feedback score, click on it and leave feedback.

You don't need to access his account to leave feedback. Click his avatar name and a little box should pop up. The click the green or red numbers by his feedback. From there you should be able to leave feedback.

Thanks guys for the help, I know this will get locked soon but if I can save anybody the headache of a flake out it was worth it!!
