.45 g.a.p.

    so what is this round,came across a referance to it in a magazine,is it any good?? is it glock auto pistol? and if it is how is it different??

    Glock Auto Pistol.. shorter case that ACP, thats all I know!

    A .45 caliber that fits in a 9mm/.40 frame.

    Kind of like the .357 SIG, shorter round to work in an autopistol and keep the grip a manageable size for smaller hands. They usually have almost the same ballistics as the "real" round.

    45GAP is the answer to a question no one asked... as stated above it was a .45 "acp short" so they could have a shorter length of grip. To be fair the only bad thing I've heard about them is the cost and availability of ammo. I'm not sure if anyone other than glock is still producing any guns that fire .45GAP.
