45 Auto Rim and 38 Spec. reloads for 9mm or 22mag

Hi everyone.
I got these given to me from an old friend of the family, so I'm testing the waters to see if anyone can use them.

I've got a box of 45 Auto Rim that has about 45 rnds of semi-wadcutters. Not sure the weight, just says something like 6.5 gr Unique on the box.

Then secondly, I have 3 boxes of 38 Spec that have about 45-50 rounds each.
One two are SWC, and one is JHP.
