one of my favorite SASS outfits was a pair of these in 45LC, so necessary for the feral steel plates & ravenous Texas Stars encountered. Amazingly well balanced.3-3/4" Barrel New Vaquero. .45ACP only

Get Rimz moon clips for the rangeI have an S&W 625 JM. It's fun to shoot but loading and unloading moon clips is a PITA.
Nice Wayno.3-3/4" Barrel New Vaquero. .45ACP only. Not only a superb shooter, but for such a revolver, it carries very nicely.

,there is a 1917 smith in the Classifieds , looks pretty clean the grips an lanyard are gone, but it looks in really good shape. 600.00
I just looked this up.I don't really remember why but for a long time I wanted a S&W model 1917 in .45 acp or a Webley converted to .45 acp. I used to do bowling pin shoots out at Molalla rifle club years ago and a lady had two model 1917 revolvers. I just thought they were cool with the half and full moon clips. You think Thunder Ranch is a fan of Indiana Jones?

That's actually the other S&W seen in the movie.
It's a British-issue Mk.II Hand Ejector chambered in .455 Eley.

Does anyone else have a weakness for .45 ACP revolvers?
If it'll shoot acp, it'll shoot Auto Rim, too.
