Head scratching and wondering how you can figure out the number of firings on a piece of brass by looking at its appearance?

I don't keep track of my number of loadings on a piece of brass, but if there is a simple and easy way to do this, I would love to learn how.

Well federal for instance uses a blue sealer on primers. Nice and shiny.. The distinctive sizing marks are a few tells. Sure some get past but those are things I look for.

I also have a bunch od misc brass of stuff I do not load for totaling a couple hundred. Some of whats in it is 6.5cm 45-70 450 bushmaster 7mm mag 243. Really just want to trade it all for 357 magnum brass.
