im sure this is going to be a real long stretch but im gonna try...looking for a dan wesson cbob or the new kimber super pro carry cbob....looking to do a trade plus cash for one...

It might be easier for you just to find an decent commander length 1911 with standard grip, buy an Ed Brown bobbed mainspring housing and have a good gunsmith bob the frame and install the housing for you. My $.02.

+1 on what Cougfan said. I have a dan Wesson CBOB and now I'm looking for a well made commander length 1911 and have it bobbed.
Check out Southrigde Arms site above. Mike has posted a couple of pics of his 1911 that was bobbed and it looks great.
You can also find CBOBs and VBOBs online. A bit spendy but well worth the money.
