Anyone heard of these? :s0131:

I think I overheard a conversation and was wondering if the two men in black were trying some disinformation technique or these things exist? If so, legally, how would I go about getting mine? Is there a fee for that? thanks...

I tried Google & Bing, but found nothing but RPG games, printers, and miscellaneous part numbers for various software, also a porn site and this thread showed up... :s0092:

Well, with something like a 4200 file,
when the government finds out you have been talking about it on an open forum,
they just pull out the stops AND
by stops I mean
the full force of the NSA, CIA, ASPCA, Trilateral commission, Colonel Sanders, and, well, let's just say unnamed an agency that I may or may not have used to work for..
And they infect your computer, using small transmitters, and viruses (virusii?) to cause your GOOGLE (an acronym for a top secret government mind control project---topic for another thread), to never return a relevant answer. But the absence of information on the web is proof positive that the 4200 file does exist and that their is a vast conspiracy attempting to cover up this fact.

This conspiracy is perpetuated by the highest levels of the FBI, Obama Administration, and your local McDonald's franchise, by virtue of a dollar menu.

So I am sure the 4200 file exists... in someone's vivid imagination. :s0114:

It is real but it can't just be talked about in the open. There is an organization that was created to explain it, individually and in private, to those who have a legitimate curiosity and have not shown any past behavior to indicate they would in any way jeapordize the operation. It is very well camouflaged to deter those who may wish to cause harm. Just go here: http://www.4200_character_profile_explained.com and follow the steps to meet up with an independent free agent who will explain in detail the operation to help alleviate any fears you may have about its existance and purpose.

I know you may think I'm joking but let them know that when you call to arrange a meeting. Tell them you think you might be a 295.30 (victim of an internet hoax). They will assure you that it is no joke. They will want to meet in person though to make sure you are not just trying to infiltrate the organization. Also they are prohibited from disclosing the information over the phone.
