If I ever go Portland way, there is one other member who has 1st chance. He asked via PM (or conversation). I am not desperate to sell so will wait to see if anyone closer or willing to come at least to Salem from north wants it. I am already selling for less than I purchased as all was bought during 'panic' inflated prices.

Already cheap compared to local stores. Willing to discount a little if transaction happens Salem to Eugene (preferably Albany). I also am spending a lot of time in Bend on weekends as we are building a house there if anyone that way is interested. Make an offer?
