CDC says 1 in 25 Americans uses sleeping pills to catch their zzzzzs - latimes.com
Should be avoided at all costs imo.
Okay maybe not all, but close.
Hate to do it, but when I need something about once every couple weeks I take these -

Other than that and the very rare need for Advil, my life is pretty pill-free.
If you need sleeping pills on a regular basis, you ain't workin' hard enough during the day!
All I take is a daily multi-vitamin, a 50mg low-dose aspirin and a morning cup 'o java for a caffeine bump (almost) on a daily basis. I used to eat Advil (almost) daily for migraines a couple years ago, but don't need to take them very often anymore except when the ol' lower back gets a bit quirky now and then... or the VERY occasional headache.
Not too bad for someone who's on the downhill slide to 50... (compared to the "average American" schmuck, that is... LOL)
No pills for me. My whole family is pilled up.
My mom and dad are a sad, sad case... They each have 14+ different prescription pills they take on a daily basis, DISGUSTING!!... I have always wanted to kick their "Doctor" in the balls.
4% use sleeping pills? Has to be way higher than that....Obama was re elected. Ha!
The other 96% just drinks to get to sleep!
