Ordered a pack of these after taking a carbine class from Range University. They can be mounted either on a overhead carrier after they're trimmed at the top, or stapled to a frame. To add to the realistic appearance I'm using butcher paper cut to the outline of a shirt which also reduces its weight for both live and dry fire. They're pricey but repairable by using duct tape and/or thin foam sheeting and stand up better in winter weather outdoors than paper targets. I've also found that some public ranges object to this degree of realism.
