Nope. Something like this:

lots of folks used to flip hollow bottom wadcutters upside down and use them as defense loads. Out of a snub they'll expand to about the size of a quarter. Better expansion than jhp. I can't even find the components or I'd load them myself.

Even if they were, I'm shy brass and primers. Even still, they aren't hollow bottoms.

Every time I get those in a trade I sell or trade them to the retired police chief of Cottage Grove. He loads them backwards for his self defense loads.
