Volley fire not machine gun. 37mm/40mm doesn't matter. Its over 50 cal and fires bullets or anything antipersonnel. Its a DD.

Thank you, Did not know that.... so you have to register the thing? Does the adapter go through an ffl then or will you just have an unregistered DD if you ordered that? I've wondered about 12ga adapters like this before...

The 37mm ones are "flare launchers" so the device in and ofitself shipps to your door like a flaregun. The 22lr adapter then is the DD?
