Assuming you are meaning to sell this as components only. Hence this should be in the Reloading section.
It is against federal law to sell reloads unless you have an FFL. (plus the liability to back up when sadi reloads blow a gun up because they were loaded incorrectly.)
You might want to note who did the reloading.
