And according to my Handloader's Manual of Cartridges it can be a .375 H&H case run into a full length .340 Weatherby die and then fire formed with a light load. Either way, none of your options are cheap, but such is the joy of owning a Weatherby cartridge.
.300 WBY brass (more plentiful around here) is the same case. Easy to run through .340 WBY die and Viola you have .340 brass. (works well the other way as well)
I love my .340. Fantastic cartridge.
