I have a CP33 with tons of mags with the 17rd extensions, but I am not sure I would be down for replacing my whole housing on my 10/22 to take those mags exclusively. If you go pure retail price, comparing 50rd extended 33rd CP33 mags to 50rd 10/22 drum mags you are about even on price, and the 50rd ruger BX2 mags (2 25rd mags stuck together) are quite a bit cheaper. That, and while the cp33 speedloader is nice (and should be included with every CP33) for loading those mags, using a speedloader on 10/22 mags to crank them in is just fast and easy. Since my 10/22s have binary triggers, its relevant to my interests to have mags able to load fast and easy (come on and come up with a binary trigger for the CP33 already so I can have my poverty mp7).
