30mm Mounting rings needed.

I'm looking to mount my new scope on my bolt action rifle! i already have a rail system on my rifle, just need mounting rings (i believe). Can anyone point me in the direction of a set of about $15 30mm rings? and any other information about mounting scopes that i might be ill-informed of! please and thank you.

A little more detail would help.
At $15, I expect you're putting a $200 scope on a MOA+ rifle.
For that I would just check out Fisherman's or Bi Mart.

If you're shooting a magnum, you want stout rings, and those aren't cheap.

Good rings that will hold up are more in the $100 range.

The cheapest quality rings you'll find tend to be the Burris XTR rings. You should be able to find a used set for under $50. Going cheap on Rings/Base/Scope is a sure way to make ANY gun a poor shooting one.
