What is the country of origin? What are the specs?

Not sure about the country of origin but I was told it was south Africa and I have also been told Czechoslovakian. It's fmj in a brass case and I believe its NATO spec.

What is the color of the sealant around the primer?

From what another NW Firearms member had said the ammo is "According to the internet it's Sellier and Bellot and it's corrosive. It's supposed to shoot really sweet though. It's Berdan Primed." Any questions let me know.
