300 win mag

I am not trying to sell my rem 700 300 win mag. I just want opinions on what it is worth. It is a Remington 700 300 win mag. It has a laminate thumbhole stock. A vortex diamondback 4-12 scope and 26" blued barrel. I got it for $800. Is that a good deal or no?

Sounds good, but it has to perform.
Magnum barrels get shot out fairly quick.

looks good, if it shoots, even better. not a remington fan, but anything is better than a savage.
