I have a 9" barrel on my Blackout SBR and love it ...was out shooting it this weekend and we where smashing quart plastic bottles at 100yds had a ball!!

Awesome looking machine. I was seriously into 300 whisper about 15 years ago but got put off by the blank check attitude of the suppliers. I just got my palmetto 300 blackout upper last week. I,m baaaccckkk!!! Waiting on my AAC SDN6 to clear form 3 and get to my dealer. I hope to SBR the Palmetto at the same time. Hope it looks close to as good as what you have. 6 MONTHS!!??? My first transfer took 45 days. That was 25 years ago. You would think as fat as our govt has gotten they would just shoot them out. Great job and thanks for the pics.

You can either strip if before or strip it later to clean all the aluminum chips out

My experience with 3 factory loads so far, in my noveske barreled SBR. Accuracy sucks with the blackout. Good thing it was only a barrel change, I'm just not impressed with it. Guess I may need to load my own to find some accuracy? :huh:
