Yep, you're right. Was looking for Hornady though. I fixed the title. I tried the Sierras when I worked up the load for the .300 but had better consistency with the Hornady so I am being stubborn.

Soon enough we will have to buy non-lead based bullets any way and I'll really be screwed. Thanks for the input.

If you are looking for Hornady #3070 then you're in trouble as they have suspended manufacture of them to focus on more popular products. Closest you can get is BTSP #3072. <broken link removed>

Midwayusa is overdue on #3072 so you could sign up to be notified of stock.

I've already volunteered my input on the lead ammo issue using the e-mail address provided by OFF.

If this is for hunting use, have you tried the hornady SST? It might give you better performance in the .300BLK.

Doesn't seem to, but not certain. The load we have worked up works the best with this particular bullet.
