My brother won it at a Big Game feed 10-15 years ago. He is left handed and has a lot of nice rifles and never shot it (I'll call him later to verify) He gave it to me 5 -6 years ago and I have never shot it. I hunt chukar and never go big game hunting.
I dont have the box. There is a Bushnell scope on it that goes with the rifle.
My understanding is Mauser in Germany sold the plant that this one was made in to Sauer which is where they make their sporting rifles. Google Mauser werke oberndorf and you will find out some info.
