The world is your pumpkin.
You go!
I was talking to a friend today who runs a company that sells MAC SMG parts. I build cans for him, I get SMG parts from him etc. We both have MAC 11/380's. We were laughing about the guy who said you couldn't hit someone in a phone booth with one because they "shot a mac 10 once and know". The M 11/380 is extremely controllable even at 1700 RPM cyclic. He took his out today and from 10 yards bored a hole 6" wide with 3 mags of ammo ( 150 rounds) in a dead tree shooting from the hip.

But you know, the hostage situation.

You say that as if you hope to impress someone or that that is a rare feat for some reason.

I remember watching a video about John Wayne and the Ingram gun. The guy was astonished a Hollywood actor would use real bullets in a movie. :s0112:

There was some gun the owners were trying to get Wayne to invest in its production. In the demo the guy ended up shooting backwards towards the crowd or something. Wayne looked disgusted and just left. The gun was never produced cuz no funding as I recall. Wish I could remember what gun. Don't think he was the type to suffer idiots.

Here's the Ingram scene.

Did they talk about how Mr Wayne was almost mowed down at the shooting range demoing a M10/9 but Mr Wayne was too bombed to notice?

What was this b grade movie where 5 guys dressed in black with Mac 10 just walked around emptying hundreds of rounds into everybody? Never saw the movie but there is one video with all the shootouts. Comically bad. They just show up and empty there guns, over and over. They had armor plate leather jackets I think it was.

Bad movies featuring MAC SMG's? Too numerous to count.

My favorite summary of Mac 10 wieiding assailant movies is 1984's "Night of the Comet"

"A comet wipes out most of life on Earth, leaving two Valley Girls fighting against cannibal zombies and a sinister group of scientists."

Sure they weren't Nintendo switches? I was talking to the lads at the sporty show about these popping up in large numbers. Good friend is a sheriff and has seen them appearing on the regular..

If you had a G27 stolen maybe this is it?
So, sorry to interrupt your musings of the Macs accuracy and use case scenarios and historical highlights discussion, but is anyone going to comment on the fact that the G19 on the right side has no rear sight? I mean I just read through the entire thread and nobody said anything about that. I know it's the only one that had an actual full mag and that darling amazon laser light combo.
Anyway.... carry on.

Why would it need one? It's a point and spray sort of thing especially given the fact it will always be fired canted at a 90 degree angle . Machine pistols don't need sights.

Indeed. Not just NWFA but millions of AR-15 owners, ten thousands of cloners.... Itching for a chance to drill that third pin for a clone correct M16/M4 variant :s0064:

Texas hog hunters jumping at the chance to have legal full auto post 86 M134s, M249, M60, M240 variants for feral hog eradication...
The feral hog problem in Texas and the likes is that ranchers or private land owners want to charge a premium to allow hunters to hunt and harvest the hogs. A reason i am not there doing the work.

Yeah, theres big money in feral hogs to the point where farmers are known to put feed out for the hogs they are trying to eliminate

Instead of wasting money on feed, maybe they can use anti-constitutionist politicos as feed. Put a sign in the middle of nowhere promising free abandoned guns. Call it a double win of collateral damage.

At least in Louisiana, feral hog hunting on state lands remain plentiful and all you need is basic hunting permit/ license.

Thats the difference between Texas and Louisiana. Texas is dominated by private landholdings. Relatively little state controlled land.
