3/4" tube scopes for .308 rifle

I recently picked up a sporterized Schmidt-Rubin 96/11 from another member here, and it came with a scope mount for a 3/4" tube. Do you have any suggestions for a 3/4" tube scope that can handle .308? I've been looking at some vintage scopes from Weaver and Redfield, but it looks like that tube size tends to be used for rimfire scopes, and I don't expect that those to stand up to the heavier recoil.

I haven't posted an ad in the "Items Wanted" section because I'm not sure exactly what I'm looking for, but I'm open to suggestions if you have something you'd like to sell.
