Feds accuse Grants Pass gun dealer of knowingly selling guns to felon | OregonLive.com

Text:

Federal prosecutors on Wednesday announced illegal firearms charges against the owner of a Grants Pass store called 2nd Amendment Gun.

A seven-count indictment, not yet on the court's public filing system, alleges that from April to August of this year, Wilson Lee Clow Jr., 63, sold old several high-caliber handguns to an individual whom Clow knew was a felon, the U.S. attorney's office for Oregon said in a news release.

The indictment also alleges Clow falsified gun transaction paperwork, prosecutors reported.

Knowingly selling firearms to a felon carries a potential penalty of up to 10 years in prison and a fine of up to $250,000.
