Feds accuse Grants Pass gun dealer of knowingly selling guns to felon | OregonLive.com Text: Federal prosecutors on Wednesday announced illegal firearms charges against the owner of a Grants Pass store called 2nd Amendment Gun. A seven-count indictment, not yet on the court's public filing system, alleges that from April to August of this year, Wilson Lee Clow Jr., 63, sold old several high-caliber handguns to an individual whom Clow knew was a felon, the U.S. attorney's office for Oregon said in a news release. The indictment also alleges Clow falsified gun transaction paperwork, prosecutors reported. Knowingly selling firearms to a felon carries a potential penalty of up to 10 years in prison and a fine of up to $250,000.
hopefully none of that is true, but sadly if the feds are in on it, it mostlikely is. and if it is true then the owner should face prison time for selling to a felon and making falsified paperwork.
