I've seen some discussion of certain areas in Oregon that consider themselves "Second Amendment sanctuaries"…

Most of what I've seen looks to me to be focused on Federal gun laws and the unwillingness to enforce them.

What about Oregon gun laws? If the day comes (heaven forbid) when Oregon passes an AWB and/or "large capacity" mag bans of some sort, would these "sanctuary" locations be safe havens from all infringements, Federal AND State?
